The On Demand program offers a variety of quick and efficient, guided workouts. Whilst each class is led by myself, your motivational coach, they're designed so that the intensity is dictated by you: push hard and challenge new heights or proceed through at your own pace. With new releases available live and on demand each month, you've everything you need to train however you want, whenever you want.

Let's Train

FIRE

Join our guided, bodyweight HIIT workouts. All you need is yourself and a can-do attitude. And if you can’t bring the latter, our motivational coaches will make sure you finish in a better mindset than when you started.

FLEX

Grow strong with our guided dumbbell-only workouts. All exercises work by time, not by reps making the perfect workout for any and all abilities. Classes are 30mins and include a warm up and cool down.

FLOW

Flow is our stretch and sweat based workout that focuses on core work, time under tension and training the mind and body through exercise and breathing techniques. Enjoy a calmer pace and improve strength, balance and flexibility.
