Our Story
In the whirlwind of lockdown challenges in 2020, our paths crossed despite residing in different corners of the UK. United by a shared ethos of prioritising fitness, health and wellbeing, we found ourselves embarking on a journey that would ultimately give rise to Peakonic.

Having both traversed the corporate landscape early on in our careers, we came to a shared realisation that productivity and wellbeing come hand in hand for success. However, we observed a common oversight in recognising this synergy.

Individually, we naturally took steps to make a difference through establishing successful personal training businesses tailored towards the unique needs of working professionals. Through our separate endeavors, we witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of integrating health and wellbeing into daily routines.
Through collaborations and continued heartfelt conversations, our shared passion and vision crystallised, culminating in us to join forces and embark on a journey with Peakonic.

Amidst our experience of workplace wellbeing, we identified a critical gap between theory and practice. While theories abound, the practical application of fundamental movement and lifestyle habits often remained elusive. Peakonic emerged with a mission to bridge this gap and unite organisations and employees, wellbeing and productivity.

Our belief is simple yet profound: wellbeing and productivity are not mutually exclusive; rather, they are intrinsically linked, each serving as a catalyst for the other.
Meet The Founders
Fuelled by passion, driven by purpose

Henry Myers
Co-Founder and Head of Wellbeing
With over 12 years of experience as a Sport & Exercise Psychologist, Lecturer, Online Coach, and Personal Trainer, Henry brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of wellbeing. His journey has a strong academic foundation, earning both a BSc and MSc in Sports Psychology. However, it was his former career in corporate event management that ignited a passion for integrating wellbeing into the workplace. At Peakonic, Henry leads the charge in helping organisations bridge the gap between theory and practice by leveraging his unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to facilitate meaningful change.
We must dispel the notion that hard work is solely measured by hours clocked. This belief is not only outdated, but hinders our productivity - often at the cost of our health and wellbeing.
Wellbeing isn't an afterthought; it's the cornerstone of sustainable success and fulfilment.
